Bryan Natividad

Biography

Bryan Natividad, Ph.D., serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Management and Data Analytics. His expertise in Organizational Behavior, Higher Education Access & Success, and Institutional Equity guides his research endeavors. Having earned his Ph.D. in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Data Science from Brown University as an Open Graduate Fellow, he has critically examined the role of support services in influencing the academic trajectories of students with disabilities through his scholarly work.

Through the lens of data science, Dr. Natividad explores the dynamics within organizations, the barriers to higher education, and the efficacy of equity initiatives. His work contributes to the development of more effective organizational and educational policies and practices.

Prior to pursuing his doctorate, Dr. Natividad spent two years at IBM, harnessing his analytical expertise to drive productivity and sales enhancements. This blend of corporate and academic experience underscores his dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion, offering a nuanced understanding of how these principles intersect with organizational effectiveness and innovation.
