Biography

Christopher Skerritt serves as Chief Economist, Vocational Expert, Life Care Planner, and Consultant Evaluator at Kincaid Wolstein Vocational and Rehabilitation Services. He provides forensic economic analysis, vocational evaluation, life care planning, and employability assessments in complex litigation matters nationwide. His practice focuses on economic damages in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, employment, workers’ compensation, and marital dissolution cases, with expertise in earning capacity, labor market analysis, transferable skills, household services valuation, and future economic loss.

Christopher is President of the American Rehabilitation Economics Association (2025–2026) and serves on the Artificial Intelligence Subcommittee of the Ethics Committee for the American Board of Vocational Experts. His professional interests center on integrating economics, vocational rehabilitation, and artificial intelligence into forensic practice.

Before joining Kincaid Wolstein, Christopher held positions in vocational rehabilitation counseling, Social Security vocational expert services, workers’ compensation case management, and disability employment services with organizations including Spectrum Healthcare Resources, Mitchell/Genex/Coventry, Greylock Placement Services, and the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission.

A published author and national presenter, Christopher has written extensively on forensic economics, vocational rehabilitation, life care planning, ethics, and artificial intelligence. His work has appeared in the Journal of Forensic Vocational Analysis, Journal of Life Care Planning, The Rehabilitation Professional, and the Journal of Legal Economics. He has testified and been deposed in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
