Biography

David Bohmiller has built a diverse career in organizational leadership, education, and change management.

As Assistant Director of Professional and Executive Business Education at the University of Rhode Island’s College of Business, he focused on fostering growth for individuals and organizations through innovative learning and professional development programs.

Previously, David founded a consultancy specializing in organizational change, where he partnered with leaders to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover. He also teaches MBA courses in leadership and business strategy as an adjunct faculty member at Southern New Hampshire University.

David holds an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, and a BS in Physical Education from Bridgewater State University. His background equips him to connect with a variety of audiences and deliver impactful educational experiences.

Outside of work, David is an accomplished endurance athlete, having completed multiple marathons – including the Boston and Pikes Peak Marathons – along with ultramarathons and multi-day trail and snowshoe races. His dedication to endurance sports mirrors his commitment to discipline, resilience, and continuous growth, both personally and professionally.
