Biography

Jeff has over 25 years experience in supply chain, with roles spanning operations, transportation, domestic and import logistics, lean six sigma project management and industrial engineering. In his current position as Executive Director, Network Planning at CVS Health, Jeff leads the team responsible for network optimization, capacity planning, strategic modeling, labor forecasting, reporting and analytics.
Jeff also had the opportunity to be a FIFA volunteer at the World Cup 2026 matches held at Boston stadium (Foxborough, MA). As a passionate soccer fan, it was a great opportunity to participate on the field as part of the pre match ceremony team and even be able to attend one of the matches.
He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Rhode Island. His research focus is on constraint-aware technology enabled planning and forecasting systems and governance structures in distribution networks.

Education

Jeff is a three-time graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He has a Bachelor’s degree in History. He also holds an MBA ( Master’s degree in Business Administration) from the Isenberg School of Management as well as a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research.
