Biography

Dr. Maquisha Mullins serves as a Lecturer in the University of Rhode Island College of Business. Dr. Mullins earned her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from North Carolina A&T State University and a M.S. in Advertising from Syracuse University S. I. Newhouse School of Communication and Public Relations. She has previously served as a part-time faculty member at both the University of Alabama in Huntsville College of Business and Oakwood University School of Business. Dr. Mullins’ interests are in the areas of authentic leadership and leadership identity. In her leisure time, Dr. Mullins enjoys exploring local vegan cuisine and podcasting.
