Biography

Rucha is a technology leader with expertise in building healthcare and cybersecurity products. She currently spearheads the development of application security and posture management platforms at a Canadian startup.

With a background in IT Advisory Consulting, Rucha has managed large-scale digital transformation projects across North American industries and government sectors. At Ernst & Young, she contributed to a range of initiatives spanning Healthcare IT, M&A technology strategy, data optimization, and the development of proprietary talent analytics solutions.

Rucha is an IT Engineer and holds a Master of Science in Information Management from the iSchool at Syracuse University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Rhode Island, with research centered on improving the adoption of secure software development practices across the North American tech landscape. Her approach blends strategic foresight with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Outside of work, Rucha enjoys traveling and is currently exploring her creative side through oil painting and charcoal sketching.
