Biography
Seray Ergene is an Associate Professor of Management in the College of Business at the University of Rhode Island. She utilizes ethnographic methodologies to study sustainability and ecological crises from various critical angles, including feminist new materialisms and posthumanities, environmental justice and racism, and social studies of science and technology.
Her research has appeared in various journals, including Organization Studies, Organization, Journal of Business Ethics, Gender, Work, & Organization, Organization & Environment, among others. She is on the executive leadership team of Academy of Management Critical Management Studies division. She is an Associate Editor of the journal Feminism & Organization and on the editorial board of the journals Organization Studies and Organization.
