Biography

Empowering women in finance at URI to become the next successful financial leaders. The Women in Finance Club acts as a catalyst for educating women about the opportunities available in the financial industry and preparing them to assume finance related roles.  The club sponsors workshops, events, guest speakers and experiential learning opportunities designed to expose female students to finance organizations. The club allows members to network with finance professionals, and introduces them to the multitude of career opportunities for students with a Finance major.  Club members take an active role in designing, organize and executing events, lunch and learns, dinners, meetings, and field trips.
