Biography
Ying Chen is an associate professor in the College of Business Administration at the University of Rhode Island. She received her Ph.D. in management from Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Her current research interests include supervisor-subordinate interpersonal relationships and employment relations with a focus on labor relations in MNCs in China.
Her research has appeared in the Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior and Advances in Industrial and Labor Relations, among others.
