Biography

Yuepheng Xiong is an Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. He is passionate about leadership, organizational culture, and developing high-performing teams through intentional coaching, mentorship, and relationship building. His professional experience spans collegiate athletics, recruiting, player development, and higher education, where he has contributed to building successful programs both on and off the field.

Before joining Carleton College, Yuepheng served on the coaching staffs at the University of Wisconsin–River Falls, the University of Dubuque, and Augsburg University. Throughout his coaching career, he has been actively involved in recruiting, practice planning, player development, and program operations. His experiences have reinforced his belief that sustainable success is built through strong leadership, clear organizational values, and continuous improvement.

Yuepheng’s interests include leadership, organizational culture, talent development, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness within higher education and collegiate athletics. He is also a licensed Minnesota real estate salesperson with an interest in entrepreneurship and business development.
