COB Student Club Event Form

(MANDATORY for all events) Student Club Events have privileges, you can enjoy room reservations, refreshments, marketing assets and assistance with promotion. This form MUST be completed/submitted 3-4 weeks PRIOR to your event to receive the full list of support. Each Student Club has been allotted $200 per semester - refer to Student Club handbook for all the details.
