Checking class rosters and submitting grades

You will see your class rosters on e-Campus. Check to make sure all the students in your classroom appear on your class roster.

All grades are submitted on e-Campus. There are instructions online to walk you through the grading process. The dates the grade rosters are available online and the dates the grades are due will be posted on the e-Campus home page.

If you have freshmen students in your class, you will need to submit midterm grades for these students.  There will be instructions on e-Campus to guide you through this process.

Submitting changes of grade

A change to a grade (or the submission of an original grade after the posted deadline) will have to be done by hand on a Change of Grade Form and submitted to to Enrollment Services (Shepard 205) or the Office of Enrollment Services (Green Hall).
