The Capstone Year as a URI Flagship Scholar includes one semester of study at the Taipei Capstone Program at the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University followed by a professional internship in the host country. The pre-Capstone year requires completion of a research project in collaboration with a Chinese faculty member in any major field of study. These requirements are subject to negotiation with the program directors; any variation in these requirements must be approved by the directors before my application status is determined.
