Collecting Demographic Information
Beginning in 2021, URI Cooperative Extension programs must collect demographic information for program participants via an anonymous survey sent following registration. Demographic information should be collected as frequently as possible. See links below for helpful tips for using Qualtrics to collect this information, an example template, and the basic demographic questionnaire.
