Call for expressions of interest! The USAID/West Africa ASSESS Project is seeking 5 experts to conduct a performance evaluation of the Partnership for Agricultural Research, Education and Development (PAIRED) implemented by Central Africa Council for Agricultural Research and Development (CORAF) and funded by USAID/West Africa. The experts include a Team Leader and Agriculture Evaluation Expert, an Agriculture Research and Technologies Upscaling Expert, an Inputs Sector Development Expert, an. Agribusiness Specialist, and an Organizational Expert. Qualified candidates should follow the instructions attached if they are interested.
