In another life, I’m pretty sure I was: an Olympic beach volleyball player.

On Sunday mornings, you can usually find me: getting pancakes from Crazy Burger and eating them on the Narragansett seawall.  

Name a few of your daily habits (other than a shower and brushing your teeth).  Listening to an encouraging guided meditation, practicing speaking Spanish, finding new music, and reading about childbirth (I’m training to be a birth coach).  

What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome to accomplish your academic goals? The debilitating fear of being less than perfect.   

What advice would you give to your past self? There is a support system waiting for you at URI if you start being open with people.

What is your favorite part about your job? Getting to know what makes people feel motivated and hopeful about their future.
