- Visit Starfish to schedule an appointment with your DAI case manager. You do not have to complete another Intake Form.
- Forget who your coordinator is? Please refer to last semester’s accommodations letters, or visit the DAI Team page: Paige Ramsdell, Nina Schiarizzi-Tobin, Aida Wilby, Lukas Chaves, Tory Kern, and Katharine Musella.
- If you can view DAI in Starfish, but cannot schedule an appointment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 401/874-2098.
- Complete an Accommodations Release Form to update your preferences.
Please remember that all students are required to follow the published deadlines for HRL, registration, course adds/drops, late add/drop petitions, leaves of absence/withdrawals, etc…. DAI cannot override deadlines or exempt students from compliance with these important dates.
Get involved! URI has a number of interest-based student clubs, social events, and volunteer opportunities. There is an organization for students who identify as a member of the disability community. SADA/A (Student Advocacy for Disability Awareness/Action) meets regularly!
If you wish to share new or updated documentation, please submit it via email to email@example.com, or fax it to 401-874-5694.
