The URI Economics Student Association organized a workshop on the widely used software R. The introduction to R was presented by Harrison Dekker,MLIS in the library (LL11B) on February 24,2020 from 2:30pm to 4pm.
R is a free, open source software that is used by many economists for data analysis. This workshop introduced students to the program and explain the basics of use. This program is beneficial to have on your resume and can be helpful in completing assignments, projects and research assistantships.
