The Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI) is proud to have been the educational partner for the inaugural Rhode Island Black Business Association Emerging Leader Development Program. The 25 graduating participants in the program attended academic sessions, received mentoring and career coaching over the course of 6 months, culminating in a capstone impact presentation. They earned a URI OSI Digital Badge micro-credential and 4.0 CEUs for their successful completion of the program.
