Program Goals
- Prepare educators, clinicians, and academic leaders in the health professions to advance teaching and learning through innovation, scholarship, and evidence-based practice.
- Develop professionals who can design, implement, and evaluate effective educational experiences that improve the quality of healthcare education and patient care.
- Equip graduates with interdisciplinary knowledge in adult learning theory, educational technology, leadership, and assessment.
- Prepare graduates to lead educational initiatives that promote inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement across diverse clinical and academic settings.
