Biography

Colleen Rossignol serves as the Director of Global & English Language Programs at the University of Rhode Island’s Feinstein College of Education. She leads strategic global initiatives for the college, oversees English language programming for the university, and fosters international partnerships to advance global learning and student success. With extensive experience in global education, higher education, nonprofit leadership, and international program development, Colleen has designed impactful study abroad programs and built cross-sector collaborations that expand access to global education. She holds a Bachelor of Management from Dalhousie University and a M.A. in International Relations from URI.
