Research

I find it a great honor to teach the Diversity and Cultural Competence in Student Affairs course. It was formative for my own CSP cohort and it provides an invaluable lens for every student affairs career that helps us all be better, empathetic, insightful practitioners. It is a joy to watch students learn more about themselves, each other, and the systems we live in. My hope is that CSP students internalize the lessons we learn together and go on to live them out in both their personal and professional journeys.
