- Praxis scores can take up to 4 weeks to be issued. Please plan accordingly and take the tests at least 4 weeks prior to the admission deadline for score submission to URI.
- Most Praxis tests can be taken every 21 days. This means that you will need to wait
approximately 3 weeks from one test until you can retake the same test (if needed).

- ETS Accommodations:
o ETS Disability Accommodations Request (can take up to 4 months for approval-plan early!)
o ETS Accommodations for English Language Learners (can take up to 4 months for approval- plan early!)
o For either option above, several documents must be completed and mailed in to ETS when you register, so please plan ahead! - Financial Assistance:
o ETS fee waiver: To be considered for an ETS fee waiver, documentation must be
received well ahead of test date.

We recommend that you start planning for the Praxis CORE tests early so that you will have more than one opportunity to take the tests!
