To ensure the safety and security of the W. Alton Jones Campus, a new gate has been installed at the campus entrance. All faculty, staff, students, researchers, and affiliates (with a University Employee ID) requesting access to the campus must complete specific steps before submitting a request for access. The required steps for requesting access depend upon the duration of the access requested and the requestor’s affiliation with the University.
Once the appropriate steps have been completed, access requests can be submitted for consideration using the form below. Copies of the appropriate approvals can be attached to the form where indicated. Please contact Public Safety at 401-874-4910 or the Facilities Group at 401-874-2501 with questions or concerns.
