The College of the Environment and Life Sciences (CELS) Living and Learning Community provides first-year students with a living environment that promotes personal growth, academic success, and a smooth transition from high school to college.

CELS students learn about the plant sciences major and plant mustard seeds, lettuce and kale at a “Grow With CELS” LLC event. They also learned how to make a Hydroponic system from reused plastic bottles.

Eligibility

Incoming first-year students admitted with a CELS major who request on-campus housing are automatically eligible for assignment to the CELS LLC residence hall.
