University Village Apartments is a community that consists of 100 apartments used to house graduate students, non-traditional undergraduate students, visiting scholars, post-doctoral fellows, and their families.

Community Center
Apartments are unfurnished. Stoves/ovens and refrigerators are included in the kitchens. Please note that rents do not include electric (billed for actual usage) or internet fee ($22/month per apartment); apartments have electric heat and hot water.

Getting Here
The Graduate Village Apartment Complex is located on Route 138 across from the entrance to the Boss Ice Arena and the Keaney Athletic Complex. The apartments are a short walk from the center of campus
When you turn into the entrance to the Graduate Village, bear right at the fork in the road. Follow the driveway all the way to the back of the parking lot. If you are driving, park your car here. Our office is located in the Community Center which is right next to the garden. Please use the side door that is facing the apartments.
