University Village Apartments
University Village Apartments is a community that consists of 100 apartments used to house graduate students, non-traditional undergraduate students, visiting scholars, post-doctoral fellows, and their families.
Please read the Graduate Housing Frequently Asked Questions before completing the application.
To be offered an apartment, please complete the online Graduate Village Apartments application. Applicants will be placed on the waiting list, and offers are made as apartments become available. The following details are used to determine the order in which the apartments are offered:

Apartments are not furnished. Stoves/ovens and fridges are included. From June 30, 2018 – June 30, 2019, apartment rents will be as follows. Please note that rents do not include electric (billed for actual usage) or internet fee ($22/month per apartment); apartments have electric heat and hot water.

The Graduate Village Apartment Complex is located on Route 138 across from the entrance to the Boss Ice Arena and the Keaney Athletic Complex. The apartments are a short walk from the center of campus
When you turn into the entrance to the Graduate Village, bear right at the fork in the road. Follow the driveway all the way to the back of the parking lot. If you are driving, park your car here. Our office is located in the Community Center which is right next to the garden. Please use the side door that is facing the apartments.
