Biography

Andrew Pravata is a Marketing major with a minor in Digital Media, currently on track to graduate in 2025. Originally from New Jersey, he began his entrepreneurial journey after working for a startup during his senior year of high school. This experience inspired him to pursue his dreams and enroll at the University of Rhode Island, originally as an Innovation and Entrepreneurship major.

Andrew has always been drawn to web development and design, and he saw an opportunity to pursue his interests while also helping others. Through his Intro. to Entrepreneurship class and involvement in Kanu, he had the chance to offer web development services to peers, which ultimately led him to the Launch Lab. Now, as a Web Designer for Innovate @ URI, Andrew is excited to take on the challenge of revamping the website and continuing to grow his skills.
