Currently a Doctor of Physical Therapy student at the Utica College, Utica NY (Class of 2020)

Currently I am in my second year of physical therapy school at Utica College. A lot has changed since graduating from URI. I just finished my first clinical at an Outpatient Physical therapy clinic in Massachusetts and I am planning for 2 future clinical’s next fall and spring, one in pediatrics and one in inpatient rehab. I am the Fundraising Chair for the physical therapy program. For fun I have been playing intramural sports and I just rescued a puppy this past year that I am training to be a therapy dog! (seen in photo). URI greatly prepared me for Physical Therapy school and I couldn’t be more grateful for all that I learned in undergrad. I think what helped me the most is that the Kinesiology program at URI requires you to do the 400 hour internship, which I did in Physical Therapy. URI Kinesiology prepared me for a bright future and I couldn’t be more thankful. 🙂
