  • My research focuses on female athlete physiology and examining the associated health and performance outcomes associated with low energy availability and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport across the lifespan. Specifically, my dissertation will focus on the effects of intervention-based programs to improve energy availability status and REDs knowledge, as well as reduce REDs risk and pathological eating disorder/disordered eating behaviors. 
  • I work with Dr. Christie Ward-Ritacco and manage our graduate and undergraduate research team
  • I have presented my work at several regional, national, and international conferences featuring research on low energy availability outcomes in female athletes
  • I am also a graduate teaching assistant and have taught KIN301 and assisted with KIN300, NUT360, KIN390, KIN384, KIN123
