2 cups Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1/2 cup melted butter
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup Maple Sugar
1/4 cup maple sugar mixed with 3 tbsp. cinnamon
Combine Buttermilk Pancake Mix, 1/4 cup maple sugar, and milk, mixing lightly with a fork. Turn onto a surface dusted with Buttermilk Pancake Mix. Roll or pat dough into 1/4″ thick rectangle about 8″ by 4″. Spread with melted butter and sprinkle top with maple sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and cut into 1″ sections. Place close together on a greased pan or in greased muffin tins. Spread the rest of the melted butter over rolls. Bake in preheated oven 365 degrees for 7 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
