Ingredients:
2 oz Highland Park 12-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
1 tsp Apple butter
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
3⁄4 oz Grade A maple syrup
1 dash Pastis
Hard cider
Garnish: 1 Apple slice
Glass: Highball
Directions: Add all the ingredients except the hard cider to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with hard cider and garnish with an apple slice.
