Maple Apple Muffins


2 eggs (beaten)

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1 cup Pure Maple Syrup

2 cups chopped apples

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream eggs and butter/margarine in a bowl until light and fluffy Add maple syrup and apples. Mix well. Sift in dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Put into greased muffin tins. Bake 20 – 25 minutes.

Makes 12 medium-sized muffins
