Ingredients:

1 Lime

1 Mandarin

1 1⁄2 shot of Hennessy V.S. Cognac

1⁄2 oz Oloroso sherry

1⁄4 oz Maple syrup

4 dashes Angostura bitters

Garnish: 1 Orange twist

Glass: Highball

Directions: In a shaker, muddle the lime and mandarin. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
