Program Requirements

• Completion of a minimum of 12 credits of course work beyond the master’s degree exclusive of graduate seminar is required.
• All full-time mechanical engineering students are required to register and attend the graduate seminar courses (MCE 501/502) each semester of residency. Additional course work may also be required depending on the background.
• A minimum of 22 credits of doctoral dissertation is to be taken under MCE 699: Doctoral Dissertation Research.
