Brother, it’s been a long time since we last spoke, and from the bottom of my hear I hope that you are doing well. Over here, I am working very hard and and sometimes it’s a bit rough but I don’t want to lose sight of the path that I’ve started.

It’s already been over a year since the training with you all and I have already achieved many things with my friend Ruth. We have trained about 350 with the introductory course throughout Colombia and out of those, 20 were selected to train with Bernard in the teachers training that happened here in Colombia. So now there are 22 champions for nonviolence in 5 cities throughout Colombia and we are planting the seeds of nonviolence in every corner of the country.
