About: 

Norley is the founder of Hope & Change for Haiti (HCH), a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization focused on improving the quality of life of the Haitian community in RI and contributing to the progress in Haiti. They contribute to the effort of rebuilding the country and facilitating the recovery of the people from natural disasters.

HCH works jointly with the people in the community of Paillant to develop sustainable projects to improve life with projects such as:

• Construction of family homes
• Construction of cisterns of 15,000-gallon capacity
• Women’s empowerment
• Education/Health
• Agriculture
• Microfinance
• Goats
• Training on leadership development and conflict reconciliation to fight against violence in the community.
