About: 

I am one of the first women officers in an infantry role in my country. I have experience in working in the Birendra Peace operations training center (BPOTC) of the Nepalese Army where I instructed participants on how to be a peacekeeper. I was chosen to work for MONUSCO as a peacekeeper. For my service in MONUSCO, I have been honored by receiving the medal “In the Service of Peace.” Since I’ve chosen my career in a field where one devotes her life for peace in the country, I want to be a part of this nonviolence training which will be useful to me for the rest of my life.
