Biography

Dr. Ashlee Sackett brings acute and critical care experience as a registered nurse at Rhode Island Hospital to her role as a Clinical Assistant Professor. She is national certified as an Acute Care Clinical Nurse Specialist in adult/gerontology. She currently has an affiliation with the Miriam Hospital in Providence, RI. Dr. Sackett is interested in the use of simulation in the development and enhancement of clinical skills.

Dr. Sackett is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nursing and serves as the Faculty Counselor for the Delta Upsilon at-large Chapter. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the Rhode Island Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists.
