Visit Us

Photos are great, but URI looks even better in person. We invite you to visit us and see for yourself! In fact, we were recently named “Most Beautiful Coastal Campus” on the east coast by “Best Value Schools.”

We offer campus tours, admission information sessions, and College/major information sessions as described below.

Student tour guide with prospective students and parents.

Tours and Information Sessions

  • Campus Tours: Most weekdays at 10:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 2:00 p.m.

Our ninety-minute campus walking tours are led by URI’s exceptional student tour guides who give you a first-hand view of our beautiful campus. Our tours are conducted rain or shine, so please dress for comfort!

Admission Information Sessions: Most weekdays at 11:45 a.m.

Our forty-five-minute admission information sessions will allow you to learn more about URI, including our excellent academic programs and experiential learning opportunities, as well as the application process, and are conducted by URI admission professionals who can answer all of your questions. You will also hear from current students who share their perspectives on all aspects of the URI experience.
