Biography

Dr. Kate Healy is a Clinical Assistant Professor with a background in adult health nursing. She has diverse experience as a nurse from large academic medical centers to small rural critical access hospitals. She has a passion for helping students apply classroom knowledge to patient care through simulation.

Dr. Healy serves as the faculty counselor for the Delta Upsilon Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nursing. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the International Nursing Association of Clinical Simulation and Learning.
