MS in Dietetics Programs Tracks
The University of Rhode Island offers two track options for those looking to obtain their MS:
Integrated Experiential Track
Future Education Model Graduate Program
- Integrated MS, RDN program completed in 12 months
- Students begin in September and graduate in August
- 1024 hours of supervised experiential learning
- 17 courses (11 didactic and 6 practicum) for 37 credits
- Students are eligible to take the RDN exam upon program completion
- Accredited under the Future Education Model Standards
Individualized Experiential Track
Masters of Science/Dietetic Internship Program
- Flexible route to complete the internship and master’s degree in 18 months
- Students start supervised practice in February of 2025
- Students start the online MS in September of 2025 and graduate in August of 2026
- 1024 hours of supervised practice
- 17 courses (11 didactic and 6 practicum) for 37 credits
- Students are eligible to take the RDN exam upon completion of the internship and master’s degree components
- Accredited under the 2022 Standards (DI)
