Biography
Lizzie is a second year MS/DI student. She is a native Rhode Islander and moved back home after completing her first Bachelor’s degree in New York. Outside of the nutrition realm, she enjoys resistance training, skiing, doing anything outside (especially with her dog), reading, cooking, gardening, and spending time with friends and family!
Research
Lizzie’s passion for nutrition lies within the clinical realm. She aspires to work as an RD in the hospital setting, more specifically with the pediatric population.
