Biography
Kenzi is a second-year MS/DI student. She completed her undergraduate degree in nutrition at the University of New Haven in 2022 and is currently employed at Rhode Island Hospital as a dietetic technician. Kenzi enjoys finding new vegan restaurants and spending time with their dog, Gizmo.
Awards
- The Tichy Legacy Scholarship for Nutrition from the University of New Haven (2022). This scholarship honors the importance of nutrition in our general health and is awarded annually to a part-time or full-time student demonstrating financial need who shows promise in the field of nutrition and dietetics.
Research
Kenzi’s areas of dietetic interest include eating disorder treatment and nutrition therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals. Their ultimate career goal would be to provide one-on-one nutrition counseling at a private practice with other clinicians.
