John Grossomanides elected to the international association's highest office of supreme president

John Grossomanides’84 of the AHEPA Rose of New England Chapter 110 has been elected to the international association’s highest office of supreme president.
Members of AHEPA (American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association) attending the recent national AHEPA convention in Miami Beach, Fla., voted to elect Grossomanides unopposed. Grossomanides is a 27-year member of AHEPA
This is the first time a member of the 85-year-old Norwich AHEPA chapter has been elected to the office of supreme president of the 20,000 member international organization. The AHEPA Supreme Lodge is the international governing body of the organization.
The newly-elected supreme president is a senior clinical pharmacist at Advanced Pharmacy Concepts in North Kingstown, R.I. He earned both his undergraduate and doctor of pharmacy degrees from the University of Rhode Island.
AHEPA is the largest Greek-American association in the world.
