Package Shipping
For same-day shipping via USPS and FedEx, drop off your packages at URI Mail Services by 1:00 pm. All shipments require an attached mail card specifying an email address for tracking and the desired shipping speed (e.g., ground, 2-day, overnight).
Package Tracking
Packages with tracking numbers are logged upon arrival at our facility and again when they are picked up. For updates on your package’s status after it reaches us, please contact URI Mail Services.
Express shipping
For same-day express shipping, drop off packages at URI Mail Services by 1:00 pm. All shipments require an attached mail card specifying a tracking email address and the desired shipping speed (e.g., overnight, 2-day, or AM/PM delivery).
International Shipping
International shipments require specific documentation:
- USPS: Packages over 3/4″ thick or sent via Priority/Express require a PS 2976-R customs form, available from URI Mail Services upon request.
- FedEx: No customs form needed, but a recipient email and phone number are required for tracking.
