Post Award – Award Management
This section contains information and procedures required during the life of the award, including information and procedures on authorized expenditures, cost transfers, cost share, and program income. Sound award management allows the principal investigator (PI) to accomplish the aims of the award within budget and in compliance with the sponsor regulations and university policies. The principal investigator (PI) serves as the primary individual responsible for the scientific integrity and fiscal and administrative management throughout the life of the award. Our office provides a framework that supports the PI and his/her department, ensures that expenditures incurred are allowable and all required match has met been to allow for a complete and accurate award close out.
