Bridge to Graduate School Fellowship Program

The Bridge to Graduate School Fellowship Program supports post-baccalaureate biomedical students entering graduate school at the University of Rhode Island or Brown University. The 10 week research experience is intended to continue supporting students associated with RI-INBRE program as they matriculate from undergraduate to graduate school.

To be eligible for the Bridge Program the applicant must:

• Have completed a RI-INBRE Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship at a network institution
• Have received a bachelor’s degree from one of the following  RI-INBRE network institutions: 
  • University of Rhode Island, Brown University, Bryant University, Rhode Island College, Providence College, Roger Williams University, Salve Regina University
• Be accepted to a Ph.D. program at URI or Brown in a biomedical field
