Justine Framularo, a licensed mental health counselor and biofeedback specialist, launched HeartFelt Healing in December 2025 to combine her clinical expertise with her personal healing journey. After years in the field and with an extensive referral network, she was ready to transition from employee to business owner. Her practice is focused on emotional resilience and nervous system regulation.

To bring her vision to life, Justine connected with the Rhode Island Small Business Development Center (RISBDC). She worked closely with Central Region Director Amit Basnet to develop a comprehensive business plan, assess capital needs, and structure the practice for long-term sustainability. With his guidance, she confidently self-funded her startup, minimizing risk while laying a strong foundation for growth.

HeartFelt Healing held a formal ribbon cutting in January 2026. Justine’s loyal client base followed her to her new practice, and she quickly reached a full schedule. Today, she operates a thriving, purpose-driven business built on strategy, passion, and support.
