Phase 1 – Catalog Shopping

We will be rolling out RhodyBuy in phases. In Phase 1 colleges and departments will get an introduction to the system as well as begin using the Live Production site for ordering using the Punchout/Catalog shopping where users go through RhodyBuy to get to the supplier’s website and begin the process of checking out which pulls the order into RhodyBuy and creates a PO.

Training materials including videos, instruction guides, FAQs, and reference materials are available in Sharepoint. Sharepoint is also accessible through the URI Microsoft 365 Portal using your single sign-on.

Test Environment
