Summer Federal Pell Grant Estimator

Use the Summer Federal Pell Grant Estimator to estimate your potential Summer Federal Pell Grant award. To get the most accurate estimate, you will need to provide your Pell Grant award for the Spring 2025 term, the number of credits you are currently enrolled in for this spring semester, and your anticipated 2025 URI Summer course(s). The amount of financial aid you may be eligible to receive and the tuition and fees you may be assessed this summer will vary based on the course(s) and number of credits you register for this summer, so entering the correct class(es) is important.

If you need to locate the dollar amount of your Spring 2025 Pell Grant award, you may find that information in your e-Campus account by following this path: Click on the “Financial Account” tile > Click on the “My Account Summary” tile > Select this spring term > Click on the “View Account Detail” tile.

Summer Federal Pell Grant awards are subject to change based on eligibility. The dollar amounts provided by this estimator are unofficial and should only be used for planning purposes. Official Summer Federal Pell Grant awards are calculated in e-Campus and will be posted to student accounts as anticipated financial aid just before the start of summer courses. If you register for summer courses, please check your e-Campus account for financial aid updates starting in mid-May and be aware of the add, drop, and refund deadlines according to the URI Summer Calendar. Summer Pell Grant amounts are tied to registered summer credits. If a student changes their summer enrollment after a Summer Pell Grant is posted to eCampus, it may take up to 3–5 business days for the amount to be recalculated. If you have immediate questions or concerns about your URI Summer e-bill, please contact URI Enrollment Services.
